Neatorama is an aggregation site currently hosting 107 pictures for a file size of 167 mb. I very much enjoy the way it uses its images to serve its “wacky news” format and is easily navigable with images turned off. In addition to various articles written on such pop culture tedium as star wars christmas ornaments and “the united states of auto-complete”, a U.S. map labeled with the Google suggestions given when typing in the name of each state, it features stories about such diverse topics as odd and fascinating medical news, breakthrough art installations, and the odd video of a cat doing something noteworthily cute.
… and was horrified to discover that it is in fact a (very) subtle parody of an actual icp song
i saw this on saturday night live and thought it to be a nonsequiter reference to how dumb icp is …
